What should I do when using a solar charger to charge this portable power station?
The solar input supports an 11–60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. If you use an 11–32V charger, the current supports up to 10A max. If you use a 32–60V charger, the current supports up to 20A max. For better compatibility, we recommend using compatible 200W solar panels.
How should I store and maintain the power station?
Turn off all outputs when not in use to avoid battery drain.
Store the unit in a dry and cool area.
Check the battery capacity regularly. If the battery level is below 30%, charge the power station to 100%. Fully charge it once every 3 months.
What usage scenarios is this portable power station suitable for? Which types of products are not recommended for charging?
Although this portable power station has a maximum output of 2400W, some inductive-load devices and compressor-based devices, such as pumps and electric saws, may not be suitable because their high instantaneous startup power can exceed the unit’s maximum output.
Can the power station charge my electric car?
For some compatible electric vehicles, additional grounding equipment may be required. Please make sure to use the correct accessories and follow the vehicle and power station safety instructions before charging.
Can I recharge the power station using AC and DC input at the same time?
Using AC and DC input simultaneously is not supported. AC input is prioritized as the main input source if both are connected. When AC recharging is not used, it will automatically switch to DC recharging.
